Oasis Therapy
Welcome to Oasis Therapy
No jargon. No quick fixes. Just real conversations that help you understand yourself better and move forward with more clarity.
At Oasis Therapy, counselling is about creating a space that feels genuinely human — somewhere you don’t have to hold it all together or pretend you’re fine. It’s a space to be honest, understood, and supported while you make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface.

I offer relational, trauma-informed counselling for adults and young people — either face-to-face in my quiet therapy room in Uckfield, East Sussex, or online and by phone if that’s where you feel most at ease.
Whether you’re feeling stretched too thin, caught in old patterns, or simply in need of space to breathe and reset, Oasis Therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and find new ways forward — together.

types of therapy

ONLINE or phone COUNSELLING
Whether you’re at home on the sofa, taking a breather in your lunch break, or living somewhere a little off the beaten track, online counselling brings support to wherever you are.

All you need is a private space and a steady internet connection or phone signal.

You’ll receive the same level of care, depth, and connection as you would in person — just through Google Meet or by phone. Come as you are — comfort matters more than formality here.

In-person counselling
Sessions take place in my peaceful therapy suite at Bird-in-Eye Farm, Uckfield.

It’s a private and welcoming space — calm, comfortable, and surrounded by open countryside. You’ll be met with warmth, care, and the space to slow down and breathe for a while.

There’s free parking just outside and private facilities for your convenience.
trauma therapy

“Is it trauma?”
It’s a question many people bring to therapy — and often, the answer isn’t simple.
You don’t need a label to seek support. What matters is how life feels right now — whether you’re carrying too much, feeling disconnected, or just know something inside isn’t sitting right.

how it works
Starting therapy can be the hardest bit. I aim to make it as hassle free as possible for you:
get in touch
Send me an email or use the contact page, and I’ll be in touch as soon as I can. There’s no pressure or commitment — just an opportunity to talk things through and see whether this feels like the right fit for you.

If you prefer, you’re welcome to ask any questions by email first, or we can arrange a free phone call or an intro session to see how therapy at Oasis might support you.
Intro session
I offer a 30-minute introductory session for £15, either online or in my therapy room in Uckfield. It’s a chance to meet, ask any questions, and get a sense of whether the way I work feels right for you.

If you decide to continue, I’ll send an intake form — just to make sure there are no conflicts and that I’m the best person to support what you’re bringing.
GET STARTED
I’ll review your intake form to make sure I’m the right therapist to support you. If I’m not the best fit, I’ll always do my best to point you toward someone who may be more suitable.

If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree on a start date and schedule that works for you.

There’s no set number of sessions — we’ll go at a pace that feels right, and you’re free to pause or stop whenever you need to.
testimonials

Sarah, 42, Birmingham
Suzanne was fantastic support during one of the lowest points of my life.
Through exploring my past with care and insight, she helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and the path that lead me here.

Hannah, 28, London
Suzanne is a warm person and a great counsellor. She creates an environment that makes you feel safe and secure enough to share, listens but questions in a way that initiates critical thinking and reflection.
I look forward to every session with Suzie and she would be my first call when I revisit counselling again.
These kind words are from real clients, but we’ve changed names and used stock photos to protect their privacy

James, 32, Essex
The self-awareness that Suzanne helped me find has enabled me to nagivate present challenges with greater clarity and resilliance.

As a result I feel more grounded, happier and more secure in who I am.
